DeadSplash is an arcade-style VR action game that includes fantasy violence against zombie enemies. Players use a variety of weapons, including chainsaws and other melee and ranged weapons, to defeat zombies. Combat may result in dismemberment, including the separation of heads and limbs. The game does not include sexual content, sexual assault, self-harm themes, or drug and alcohol abuse. While the tone is energetic and playful, the visual depiction of dismemberment may be unsettling for some players. The violence is presented in a stylized, exaggerated, and arcade-like manner and takes place in bright, colorful environments, rather than realistic or horror-focused settings.
