The player will Attack and be attacked by hostile enemies. No blood or gore is present in the video game. They are ragdoll effects after a player or enemy has died. One Enemy is a skeleton. There is the use of alcohol in the game, which can be consumed to give the player a positive ability. Sexual content is limited to having the player go through an optional quest line involving a brathal. The player will not be involved in any sexual acts nor will any sexual act be displayed.
