Immortal Empire Terms of Use Agreement For the purposes of this agreement "Tactic" shall refer to "Tactic Studios", "The Game" shall refer to "Immortal Empire", which is composed of two elements: (a) the game server or "Server" hosted and operated by Tactic, and (b) the game client or "Client" that runs on your personal computer. 1. Grant of a Limited License Subject to your agreement of and adherence to this terms of use agreement, you are granted a license to use the Game. You agree that you will not: (a) use the Game for any commercial purpose, or any purpose other than for entertainment; (b) use any form of cheat, hack, exploit, unauthorized third-party software, or modification of the software in conjunction with the Game; (c) provide any unauthorized means to play the Game, including but not limited to alternative servers, or matchmaking services; (d) disrupt the Game in any way, including but not limited to the Servers, the Client, or the experiences of other players. (e) violate any law or regulation through your use of the Game. 2. Eligibility You agree that you have the right to bind yourself to this agreement in your country of residence, or that you may bind a minor for whom you are a parent or guardian on his or her behalf. 3. Ownership All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property with respect to the Game including but not limited to, user accounts, text, images, sounds, and music, are the sole property of Tactic or its collaborators. 4. User Accounts Tactic reserves the right to suspend, delete, or modify user accounts at its sole discretion for any reason without notice. 5. Indemnity Tactic shall not be held liable in any way for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense as a result of the Game or any use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of characters, virtual goods, accounts, rankings, loss of data, or computer malfunction. You further agree that Tactic is not responsible for interruptions of service to the Game, including but not limited to failure to connect to the Server, inability to access any part of the Game due to an error or bug, or degraded user experience due to poor performance or latency. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Tactic harmless from any loss, claim, liability, damage or expense incurred by Tactic from your use of the Game. 6. Termination Tactic may terminate this agreement at any time in its sole discretion for any reason without notice. 7. Changes to this agreement or the Game Tactic reserves the right to change the contents of this agreement or the contents of the Game at any time in its sole discretion.
