There is some violence in the basic game play such as medieval sword fighting, or arrows hitting enemies resulting in the death of the enemies or the player faction. Some environment elements are reminiscent of intestines, there also are some large teeth and bones in the landscape. There will also be some mentions and innuendos of alcohol consumption in the narration.
