This game features giants who may kill or crush you; players can get swallowed alive and stomped on. The focus is on survival, but as the giants are mostly female these interactions can be considered fetish content (vore/giantess/macrophilia).
There is limited sexual content with one incident of non-consensual sex, but frequent possibilities of eating alive and occasional crushing - all mostly shown in first person.
