This game has cartoon violence without gore (pixelated blood drops can appear when a character or npc is taking damage). Players and NPCs can wield weapons such as firearms, rocket launchers and tanks. Crimes such as money, vehicle theft and property damage can be done by the player and the player can be rewarded for such crimes. The game contains mild themes of gang and police violence.
